General Forum Rules

1. Each member of ISP-MOJO may interact with the community Forum through the Open Social forums. We will not grant any member details unless requested by the member itself using his/her Forums Account email or under a court order.

2. By being a current member of this Forum you agree to the terms stated below, if you wish to not participate to this forum you may request so from us.

3. This forum is a User-User based environment and the ISP-MOJO Support Staff does not give official support here.

4. Play nice. No abusive, offensive tone or non-constructive criticism against anyone, your post/thread content will be removed, but your post will remain. If you post another offensive post/thread or edit the post/thread content we have removed you will be banned without a warning. Any abuse towards our staff or moderators will result of a banned account, instantaneously. Any negative feedback you have please PM one of the staff member for us to review it. If a negative feedback is in a post the post will be removed.

5. You may not publicly post on behalf of any banned member. This includes all forums and signatures.

6. No spamming allowed, all spammed threads/post from a member may be removed without any warning.

7. Any post/thread which encourages illegal activity will be removed and the member will be suspended. Any member within our forum suspected of illegal activities will temporarily be banned without warning and an investigation will be brought up in order for the banned member to provide information to clear the claims of illegal activity.

8. Public post/threads arguments against these rules will be removed without a warning. We encourage feedback and would be glad to hear it directly from you. To send feedback please get in touch with us here.

9. Irrelevant and non-constructive criticism, discussion and/or comparison regarding social networking scripts will be removed without a warning. If there is a feature that you feel needs to be improved you are welcome to submit a feature request instead. This will make it easier for us to follow up and make it possible for your fellow ISP-MOJO members to vote for the feature.

10. You are entirely responsible for any activity created by and/or with your account.

11. Avatars that look like the logo of the avatars of the official ISP-MOJO staff members are not permitted.

12. You may not refer an image or a link from, or to, a site containing; extreme violence, flagrant discrimination, pornography or illegal activities. If you refer a link to an adult site it will be removed and you could be banned.

13. We reserve the right to suspend any account that intentionally disregards the rules at any time without a warning, since this User-to-User Forum is a privilege and not a right. If you have a banned account you are still entitled to get support from our Support Area.



14. ISP-MOJO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.



Section Rules

Certain forums have their specific section rules. Make sure to read the section rules before posting at the various forums. Here are the rules you most likely will come across:



Third Strike Rule

The 3 Strikes Rule is applied on members who have received three negative feedback in 3 separate occasions in regards to mod purchase.

1. If the member has received 3 constructive negative feedback from 3 different members as a post(not only within the Feedback Section) and a member reports this particular user, providing us with the links to the 3 constructive negative feedback the user will be given an infraction from us and will be banned for a week. The reason we need a public post from these three different members is to determinate if the reported user deserves an infraction and a ban.

2. Once the user gets back and receives 3 additional negative feedback from 3 members, the user will then be banned for a month and given another infraction.

3. After the month is over and the user gets back and receives 3 more negative feedback from 3 members, then the user will be banned for good.
